Phil's Roadhouse Grill - Montgomery

I enjoy visiting Phil. The food is great, and the diverse menu means there's something for everyone. Marissa, the owner, puts in a lot of hard work. Every business encounters challenges, but I don't understand the aggressive way some people criticize small-town entrepreneurs, especially over minor issues. When I have a concern, I usually bring it up politely, and it's resolved. If I'm mistaken and the server disagrees, I simply move on. I don't feel the need to publicly attack the business on social media or review sites, aiming to undermine what they've worked so hard to create. If a business isn't operating well, it will face consequences naturally. It puzzles me why some people choose to spread negativity.

Probably the best chicken steak ever. Friendly staff and good food! Love the Texas theme everywhere! A must on the TX bucket list!

We were very impressed with our visit today. Food was so good and fresh. Our waitress brought Santa 's freche/nice book out to show our daughter and gave her a certificate with her name on the nice list. Great food and staff! Very recommended!

The brisket, chicken, and sausage were all fantastic. The blackberry BBQ sauce was excellent as well. We ended up purchasing a jar to take home and another as a gift.
