Longhorn Steakhouse Montgomery

The service, the food and drinks were good, everything came out hot and fresh. Our server was really nice.

My friend and I stopped by for an early dinner and were surprised to find plenty of parking in the strip mall where the restaurant is located. We were initially informed that the wait would be 45-60 minutes on a Sunday evening, but after waiting for about 30 minutes, we managed to snag a couple seats at the bar. The restaurant was very busy, with multiple groups waiting to be seated, as well as call-in orders and Grubhub pickups causing the kitchen to be overwhelmed. We enjoyed the Spicy Chicken bites and the Grilled Chicken Strawberry salad, both of which were tasty. The restaurant serves Coke, not Pepsi. However, despite the busy atmosphere, the service was lacking in urgency. It took a long time for our requests to be fulfilled and part of our order was missing, which we eventually had to cancel. While the food was good, the service under busy conditions definitely needs improvement. I would be willing to give this place another try when it's not as crowded.

The food was fantastic, the service was excellent despite the crowd, and my family thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere while celebrating a birthday.

This Longhorn restaurant was pretty average. The wait time to be seated and to receive our food and drinks was longer than we would have liked. We were thankful to be able to sit at the bar and get seated more quickly. Unfortunately, our steaks were cooked the wrong way from what we had requested. It seems like they mixed up our orders (rare and medium well).

Prattville location is really good in comparison to Montgomery's location. The food and service are worth the visit. The restaurant is always busy.
