Do not go back, people on the back talked forward and no attention to the customers. Food: 1/5

The staff was rude. the limit calssier has not even recognized us what the manager has made to take over our order. only the person who actually works was the lady who makes the food.

It always makes fun to have a few crystals, so often the 4 pack cheeseburger got rid of and a softdrink the right place.

This Krystals seems to be single handedly managed and served by one hard working lady. Ordering the 12 Krystal Sackful Combo is about the same as ordering 6 individual ones. Both with cheese of course. Someone in corporate ought to reassess this situation.

Stopped at this Krystal on our way back home to Dallas from Atlanta. They were open but in the midst of a shift change (never encountered before and were asked to wait. When we had decided what we wanted to order my husband simply said we know what we want and will be ready when you are ma 'am. The reply was I told you we are changing shifts and you 'll have to wait. So, horrible customer service, training refresher needed! The food gets a 3 star the burgers tasted dry and old! The wings get a 4 star from my husband. And, they caught him on a good day to talk to him like they did and not get a few choice words back! I know work can be stressful but you still have to not lash out at your customers. I hope that person gets their much needed rest and peace of mind after getting off!!
