Chappy's Deli Perry Hill - Montgomery

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a negative experience. I ordered a salad, but it came with olives despite me clearly stating multiple times that I did not want them. The service was lacking in hospitality, which was surprising given the energetic and loud welcome I received upon entering the establishment.

I had a wonderful experience at Chappy's on Carmichael Road. The setting was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. I decided to sit outside and place my order over the phone. Within a few minutes, a manager approached my car and asked if I had ordered. After confirming my order, he informed me that they had mistakenly placed the order with another restaurant. However, he was able to quickly rectify the situation and ensure that my order was taken care of at Chappy's. I was impressed by their exceptional customer service and hospitality. It was truly a fantastic experience that I haven't seen in years. Thank you, Chappy's!

Previous review: Chappy's is a large, consistent restaurant. The breakfast is good, and the lunch is even better. We have tried many items on the menu and have not had a bad meal yet. I particularly enjoy the chicken salad super sandwich and the grilled steak melt. The sweet potato fries are excellent, and I love their horseradish sauce. The service is friendly, and they offer free soft-serve ice cream after the meal. The desserts are also delicious.

Eating here is always great. we have come several times, and they make small mistakes that are understandable and easily fixed if we ever complain. the service is always absolutely fantastic!

Ate here for breakfast and had to return another day for lunch. Their omelettes are amazing, the toast is perfect, and the service is friendly even when extremely busy. The atmosphere is also great. If you're in Montgomery, you should try Chappy's!
