Buffalo Wild Wings - Montgomery

Fast check. this must be a new facility because the opposite looks new and the actual building, inside and outside, is clean, spacious and not worn and sticky like most bws. our waitress was very nice, but she seemed a little overwhelmed. even if there weren't many people in the restaurant, they never came back to fill our glasses or check us out. we had to ask for serviettes and cutlery. eating is bww eating. However, they have completely slipped out when they load the ultimate toos with toppings. they were more like super subpar nachos. Maybe that's new, but I never had to ask for veggies with wings. the veggies are given in the rule with all wing orders. Finally, they swollen their diving laps, so foreseeable. I'm not impressed. I was hoping that I could say something different from what I'm going to say, but unfortunately it's here. it is a franchise service franchise food with a franchise reputation.

I bring my 13 year old grandson here a lot because it's his favorite. I love it too! Service and food are always great! Ashley is always the best! She even knows our order every time! Great experience every time!

This May be a chain restaurant, but it is far more reliable than many of the chains in Montgomery. The service is pretty consistently good, the chicken is good and what you expect from B Dubs. The lunch specials on weekdays rival the price of fast food but have superior quality. Ashley is a great server!The new Bird Dawgs and Mountain Dew Legend (and Legendary Long Island) are fantastic new additions to the menu; give them a try!

Every single time I have ordered delivery from them, they have messed up my order in some way. This time it was a side salad they forgot, for whatever reason they routinely forget items on orders and usually are so slow that you think they just forgot your order. The last time took them 2 HOURS to make, and the poor delivery person sat there for over an hour waiting and trying to make sure I would get my food because they saw kids' items on the order. I have tried picking up the to go order myself but that hasn't been much better or an experience. I know places are struggling with staffing and supply chain issues but there are many other places that are able to still provide good service. I don't know if I'll ever order from here again. I almost never leave bad reviews, but I have had such a poor experience over and over again that I feel the need to tell others to avoid this place, I don't think I can justify spending my money there anymore.

10/10 recommend!! We live in Alabama, but live a few hours away and I had my dog with me. I was trying to figure out what we were going to do and I just happened to ask the lady at the front if I could come in and have my dog sit under my feet because my dog is very well mannered. She did not hesitate to ask management for us. We had a larger group of people and needed quite a few chairs and the patio was closed. Our waitress did not hesitate to respond with YES and asked us if we would prefer to sit out on the patio. She opened the patio for us and was such a blessing. She made sure my puppy had water and did not fail to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Thank you Kiana (sorry if I spelled that wrong) for being such a good person and having such a great attitude. You deserve the world. May 29, 2022- 10:30 pm.
