American Deli - Montgomery

Terrible customer service! Upon arriving, we were not acknowledged at the counter. The cashier was on his phone and just stood there until we had to speak up first. We really enjoy the wings at this American Deli and want to continue supporting it, but if this level of service persists, we won't be returning. We hope for improvement!

Disappointing experience due to misleading advertising: I arrived at 2 AM, expecting it to be open as advertised 24 hours, but found it closed. I could see staff inside cleaning.

The staff member who took my order had a strong accent and unfortunately got my order wrong twice. I paid for both orders because I understand that business is business, but I ended up wasting $60 and still didn’t receive what I wanted. I was excited to visit this place more frequently since they’re open 24 hours, but I won’t be returning. I believe he meant well, but he struggled to understand my orders on two different occasions, which ultimately let me down. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered loaded fries with cheese and bacon, but they didn’t include those toppings. When I returned to ask about it, they told me they wouldn’t be able to add them. I do not recommend eating here.

I thoroughly enjoyed the honey-glazed wings and the chicken fried rice. The French fries with extra seasoning were also a highlight for me!
