Sheddy's And Grill - Montfort

I'm not sure what brings you here, my friend, but I came to explore my dad's roots in the quaint little town of Wisco. This place attracts a vibrant, friendly local crowd. There aren’t any beers on tap, and most of the food likely comes from the fryer. However, you'll still find something to sip on and have the chance to chat with plenty of warm folks sporting upper Midwestern accents. This establishment is one of only two bars in the tiny town of Montford. The other one, The Hollows, is a bit more upscale—just slightly.

I haven't really tried much of their food, so I'm giving them a 3-star rating since I've only had one cheese curd. However, the bartender is really laid-back. If you're looking for a fun bar atmosphere filled with cheerful, tipsy patrons, I definitely recommend it!

We were on a road trip and happened to drive by this place. We turned around and decided to stop for lunch, and it was definitely worth it. The people were friendly, and the food was fantastic!

Do not drive by this place! This is really quite a find in the middle of nowhere. I'm already planning another trip off the highway for some delicious food! It was a cold snowy Saturday and thankfully the restaurant wasn't very busy when we first arrived, but before too long, it filled up. Everything is made to order! The onion rings were amazing, the onion didn't fall out. The potato soup was delicious! We were starving when we arrived and our waitress was kind enough to make a small order of the Nachos Supreme, I enjoyed the Chicken Bacon Wrap, my husband loved the Sliced Prime Rib sandwich. The **** mary was amazing and full of flavor. We loved our first visit and like I said...we'll be back!

For a hole in the wall bar in a small town I was quite impressed Nice menu as well more than typical bar food as well and much better quality One of the specials today was a pulled pork sammitch on a pretzel bun and was excellent Their fry sauce has some horseradish in it making it one of the best sauces I've had in a while The staff was very friendly and fast Only downside is it's a cash only place they do have an ATM but c'mon guys it's 2018 get with the program already For sure I will be back again
