Cafe Organico - Montezuma

In contrast to many other reviews, we thought that eating was great. I had the veggie pasta, which was very tasteful and good. Some of the vegetables were cut into ribbons that tasted with pasta. the rest of my family ordered pizzas, a mariana with tofu added and the vegano that comes with avocado. we also tried the guacamole with fried plantains and the yuka fritas that were both delicious. we were thrilled to see vegan gelato on the menu and delicious! Overall we thought that eating was fresh and tasteful. regarding the price it was very similar to other restaurants in the environment. many of the other reviews have commented on the great atmosphere and friendly atmosphere. in the night we went, they had live music and singer/guitar player asked my son (17 years old) to come to the stage and sing with him. it was a great time! we recommend the restaurant for vegans who travel around the southern nicoya half island, both for the entertaining atmosphere and for the great eating.

We had high hopes for a restaurant called organico that had several vegan choices on the menu, but eating was really fat and not very tasteful.

I had the coco curry. the food was hot, but the vegetables were obviously thrown in and not even beautified. I am really amazed that the boiling curry does not cook or soften the veggies. the taste was good, but too salty and I don't really like to eat raw sweet potatoes, thank you. the service was also really bad. I had to ask three times just to get some water. with others who offer Veg farewells in this city, I will not go back!

We were amazed when we see this place open. we asked and said they were open every day except Tuesdays, but most of the paintings we went by, they were closed. but that's what it is in montezuma! they had live music, but unfortunately we arrived too early. it looked like it was an amazing place to listen to music. my sohn had the vegan pesto pasta, which had a large cocose basilikum sauce. he loved the brot that came with him. I had the kokocurry veggie that was very good. the best part was the dessert- we had the vegan avocado gelato and it was from this world. our server was terrible! I don't think he wanted to be there. it took forever to get a bill after the question, and then someone else finally came to take the money, but nobody ever came back with the change.

We came here for lunch on on of our 2 days in Montezuma. They had a decent amount of vegetarian options, and they were no more expensive than most places in the area. We ordered a salad, a curry dish, and coffees. All was delicious. We came back for dessert later-my bf got real gelato and I got vegan gelato and they were both very good. I bought a cookie when we paid and since they saw they were two of us they gave us another for free. Staff was nice, decor was rustic in a good way.
