Empanadas Carolina - Montevideo

Bueno, me encantan las empanadas, y me encanta cuando están preparados con carne y queso, y aquí en Montevideo no solo son buenos, sino también muy buenos. Si te gusta el sabor de la carne y el queso, entonces este es el lugar para ir. .

Looking from the outside this place looks super legit, and has a crazy number of empanada types to choose from. However, must say it was a little disappointing. The empanadas were “doughy” and to be honest we had better empanadas at pretty much every restaurant we went to. I suppose the price is reasonable, but these are really more like fast food empanadas and don’t warrant a 5 star review.

Amazing empanadas! super friendly service, great selection of empanadas, great taste! my favorites are pollen, jamón y champiñones and the cheese!

Cute little place with delicious empanadas. Unfortunately I made quite a trip to get there and they only had two empanada options in the early evening
