Pizza Hut - Montevallo

I’m giving this restaurant a 5-star rating primarily because of the outstanding customer service I received from Tracy, the manager. When we picked up our order, we noticed that something was missing. While we weren't entirely satisfied with the quality of the food today, as the pizzas and wings were well-cooked, it was Tracy's response to my complaint that made a difference. She handled the situation with grace and understanding. Thank you, Tracy! Go Bengals!

I’ve had mostly good experiences when I place an order, although there have been occasions when the food has upset my stomach. I’m puzzled by the comments about the manager being rude—my encounters with her have always been polite. I've heard they pay minimum wage in Montevallo, which might explain some of the challenges. Despite the few issues, I would definitely order from them again.

I decided to pick up my order instead of having it delivered, but when I arrived, there was only one woman cooking and another at the front counter. The woman in the back was working diligently while taking orders. Both of them were incredibly friendly and clearly dedicated to their work. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
