Jack's - Montevallo

Ordered 2 Big Jacks. Neither was made correctly. Neither had lettuce. Both were cold. What a waste of money

Great customer service, nice clean but food was cold

Nice to see that Montevallo Jacks finally found some respectable employees.My last experience there a couple of mi the ago was horrible. However, the manager assured me she was sending the rude employee home.It must have worked because everyone was so well mannered, professional, good was great and no waiting.

Went in at 9 o’clock on a Friday in the lobby because my very picky son wanted some jacks fries. I walked into the lobby and devarius took my order. I asked if it would be a problem if I ordered a large order of fries to get some fresh ones. He said it wouldn’t be an issue. Not only was he taking orders he was helping a fellow worker in the back catch up on food orders. If he isn’t a team leader he should be, I never heard anything but yes sir and no sir from him. In a world where customer service is lacking at most places, he is a diamond in the rough!! Y’all got a good one jacks, I’d hold onto him!! Was in on 3/29/24. Thanks again devarius.
