Io adoro questa pizzeria, della quale sono cliente da anni, ed ora che sono tornata ad abitare a Montesilvano, tornerò a frequentarla con immenso piacere. Fanno le pizze come piacciono a me: croccanti fuori e morbide dentro. La mia preferita resta la loro vegetariana, per me eccezionale! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Unfortunately I have to write a negative review. Given the many positive reviews, on Saturday we tried the plated pizza for the first time. We ordered two margheritas and a marinara without garlic for the kids to take away. First the positives: friendly and punctual staff. But we know this is not enough. Our margheritas were heavy, they looked like small circle version pizzas and unfortunately (for us) we couldn't digest them. The mozzarella seemed of good quality. Finally, how can you think of filling a marinara with endless pieces of PARSLEY!!! It was also impossible to remove them. Perhaps pizza by the slice deserves more, but you have to improve a lot, the competition is high.

Let me start by saying that I practically do the same job, as I manage a pizza shop in Chieti Scalo. I passed by that area last night by mistake and stopped. The taste of the pizza is good, the tomato and mozzarella are good, even if I didn't find all this crunchiness in the dough (just as it came out, yes, but then I took another pizza 3 minutes later and it had already become soft). Apart from this, I think they need to improve on the management of the counter, as at 7.45pm churning out a single margherita tray (without a significant amount of reservations) seemed a bit hasty to me.
