La Taverna - MONTEROSSO AL MARE

Really great service and nice home mafe deserts. Also great pizza"s. They are a bit remote outside the centre. But it is worh the extra mile.

Enjoyed a delicious authentic meal and made our weekend trip away on study abroad even more delightful! Staff were so polite and accomodating, especially would recommend for coeliac and gluten free food I was provided with a seperate menu which was very nice.

I ordered the tuna steak with high hopes since we are on the water and I have been only eating pizza and pasta the past few weeks. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I had one bite and that was all. It was extremely fishy and very rubbery, almost as it i had ordered a tire from the bottom of the Ocean. I then ordered the ravioli that my friend got and it was decent. I still had to pay for my rubber tire also and we waited an hour after we had asked for our bill. Do not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else.

Find this place. they are out of the way, on the far os this little town, but they have a few very important things for them to go first.

Very good eating and a friendly, courteous staff. we had dinner here without reservation and the hostess was very nice although they were very busy.
