Wonju - Monterey

Some of the best Korean food I've ever had. The prices are the quality of food you are worth? I got it. The owner made everything alone and managed to get everything out in time. Very authentic experience and she is super sweet!

This the best Korean food I have had in the Monterey area. I had the spicy squid and my wife had the fried glass noodles. The chef/owner was super friendly and made sure my family was well taken care of the entire time. We definitely be back

My little sister just came back from studying abroad in Korea and she was missing the cuisine. This restaurant provided an authentic experience that fulfilled her craving. I had never tried Korean food so I was surprised by the sizzling plates and boiling soups. I can't wait to come back! I would recommend making a reservation out of respect for the owner who runs the whole restaurant on her own. She is quick and spectacularly kind. We ordered noodles, fried rice, 2 appetizers, and a ramen. We were served within 15 minutes!

Delicious and authentic Korean dishes served hot. Very friendly staff and owner. The bi-bim bap was so delicious!
