Kocomo's Seafood Oyster - Monterey

Wow! I was searching for fresh seafood (I am very particular) and I found it! I shared the admiral plate and it was fabulous. The shrimp was fresh and delicious. They also had great happy hour prices for shrimp cocktail and wine. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I wish there was a place like this near me.

The service at this restaurant was outstanding. They provide pagers to notify customers when their table is ready. I preferred the garlic butter oysters over the rockefeller ones because the creamy spinach and speck really enhanced the flavor. We also tried the mussels in bread bowl and the seafood pasta, which were both delicious.

I spent the weekend in Monterey and enjoyed a night of eating oysters. After a quick search on Google Maps, I found this place and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed! The raw oysters, as well as the oyster Rockefeller and garlic butter oysters, were all very tasty. I also tried the pan-seared halibut, which was beautifully presented and delicious. The portion size was perfect and I especially loved the salad that came with it - it had papaya and mangos, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would return if I find myself in the area again!

Here is fantastic! it's better every time we go! the island salad is my favorite piece of red snapper is fantastic! Lobster rolls delish her garnel garlic is phenomenal! garnel is ginorm! and not cooked! and we are always sitting outside because we always bring the pup!

We only had Oysters and. Few drinks, but we enjoyed every bit of it! We had raw oysters on a half shell, and then we had the oysters Rockefeller and the garlic butter oysters. All of them were fresh and amazing! For drinks I had a michelada and the sangria. The michelada was fun because it was a nice big cup with the bottle upside-down in the glass. My fiance had the margarita and it was also great. The have their Big Kahuna family platters, which we didn't get, but a lot of other people in there did and it looked fun and yummy! Our server was great too and it's a nice laid back environment.
