Kocomo's - Monterey

I spent the weekend in Monterey and had a delightful night indulging in oysters. After a quick search on Google Maps, I came across this restaurant and decided to give it a try. I was certainly not disappointed! The raw oysters, as well as the Oysters Rockefeller and garlic butter oysters, were all incredibly delicious. I also tried the pan-seared halibut, which was beautifully presented and equally tasty. The portion sizes were just right, and I absolutely loved the salad! It was a pleasant surprise to find papaya and mango in it. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to return when I'm in the area!

This place is amazing! Every visit gets better! The island salad is my favorite, and the Red Snapper is outstanding! The lobster rolls are delicious, and the garlic butter shrimp is incredible—those shrimp are huge and perfectly cooked! We always sit outside because we love to bring our pup along!

The lobster and crab rolls are generously sized and served on perfectly toasted garlic bread. The clam chowder is outstanding!

Service was excellent. You can give you a pager to notify your group when the table is ready. I like the garlic butter oysters more than the rockefeller, the combination of creamy spinach and bacon exaggerated the taste of the oyster. We also had the Clam-Chowder in bread bowl as well as the seafood pasta.

Seafood here is great.. Servers and waiters are great. Would recommend this spot to anyone who's looking for a romantic seafood dinner.
