John Pisto's Whaling Station - Monterey

We came to our reservation for a few minutes, but they still treated us like kings without dirt! they kept our water filled and brought the brot! not only that, they kept us on running, how long the dinge these youngs would take grrreat! we also sat right where the action was. they were coming out quickly and serving, and all came out with one purpose. These people were on the spot! They even helped us to get away with our untrained maniacs, but let us not feel less than men. this is an exquisite skill to earn money! her position and the placement of everything was impeccable! the sweet is really soft but still with taste. the steak that I ordered was rare, and it was largely the case, but a top was rather medium-heavy than I want, but the half of it was red on the core, but it is still soft and ruin nothing for me at all. everything was on the spot! a little thing was that I heard that the employees complained about the table next to us, but in their defense this was table gigantic

Very lively place, but we could book 45 minutes before (815). great service. They'll get the cowboy steak if they're serious with steak. it was perhaps the best steak I had and I had a few. the filet the woman was also very good. the pension is busy, but decent jeans were acceptable. I exchanged the kartoffels for pommes and they were also very good.

Eat delicious. service on point, all the way to bus driver, all very friendly. this was a first time that it went to this place for a celebration. I have lived in this opposite, most of my life, I can't believe it takes so long to go here. yum so good

We went to this steakhouse after our friends were raving about it. Got a reservation and went in, the service was good. Lovely server who was attentive. It has an old school vibe of steakhouse, nice selection of wine and cocktails. I ordered the cowboy ribeye steak with scalloped potatoes and asparagus, my friend did the beef Wellington. They steaks were tender, but I think they lacked flavors, nice chars thou. According to the server they wet aged their steaks for days. Which was good. It was on the pricy side, but its a steakhouse on canary row so understandable, but I wish it was a bit better.

One of the most beautiful dinners we ever had! absolutely loved every dish we ordered from fresh delicious oysters, soft as butter escargot to creamy sumpy crabs risotto, perfectly cooked steak and finally the best pavlowa we ever had. recommend this wonderful restaurant to anyone who is in monterey. service was incredible. a great thank you to carl and jeremy our server that they go beyond and beyond to make the birthday of my mother with a cannoli something special. wonderful, energetic ambiente and atmosphere. will be sure to come back.
