First Awakenings - Monterey

3 days later and I am still full. Everything was delicious and the service was great. Hands down the cookies and cream pancakes were the best.

I’m visiting out of town and was thrilled that my parents took me to this fabulous restaurant! We enjoyed ample servings of deliciousness everything was above superb and will definitely make this a “Go to” whenever I am in town.Grab some gianormous pancakes or avocado toast(So good!)Service was incredible despite how busy they were

Got the crab cake eggs benedict. It came out super wonderful and nice. Very delicious Also got the Country Fried steak and eggs. Food was a decent amount and tasted good. It was just so busy that we had a longer wait time until they came to take our order. Other than that, it was a nice experience

We arrived at 11 am on a Saturday and had a 45 minute wait. Well worth every every second. We got the cinnamon toast French bread, strawberry and whipped cream pancake, and sides of bacon, eggs, and hash browns. Everything was delicious and I’m still thinking about that French Toast. We will be coming back for sure. (Especially with the great prices) There was plenty of seating and the eating space was bright and clean. They made room for our stroller without complaint. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The salmon eggs benedict was really good, but the triple bogey was disappointing with a small piece of bacon, sausage, two eggs, and a pancake for over 12 dollars. The potatoes were rich in taste; I usually don’t like the side potatoes, but I finished the whole plate today. I like the overall environment, it has sufficient light, and the place was really spacious as well. Although they don’t accept reservations, you can leave your name and phone number, and go somewhere else while waiting for your table.
