This stunning restaurant is remarkable and budget-friendly. They also offer a happy hour. The food is outstanding, the waitstaff is fantastic, and the decor is lovely. It's truly a gem in Monterey.

The tapas we ordered at Esteban were outstanding! We particularly enjoyed the shrimp, and the sea bass for dinner was delightful. The evening became even more special when the manager, Gretal, visited our table. She was very professional and made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated her personal attention, and we look forward to returning!
