Just a heads up, this particular location is not open to the public. It is very basic and part of a franchise. They do not accept rewards.

The staff and quality of food here is great but the wait time can get long during peak hours.

A decent place for bagels. A bit pricey, but all in all decent.

Very inefficient service. Customers wait in line 30 minutes at a time. It is especially frustrating considering that schools have only 45-60 minutes for lunch. Premade sandwiches would eliminate the wait issue so that the customers can just grab and go…

Website says they open at 6am. I showed up at 6am and they didn’t open until 7am. I contacted them about the error over a month ago, and they never responded or corrected it.
