A distance of years I have returned to this cozy farm, invited to celebrate a well deserved pension together with colleagues of work! after having had lunch with appetizer black village (usually appetizers but many other details such as ox or quail egg language so much to name a few two first ones (bruzzese guitar and gnocchi with roast saffron mixed with potatoes and fruit salad, sweets, coffee, bitters I can only advise you to try these delicacies! all accompanied by a lot of sympathy (especially the owner mimmo,) kindness and professional staff (at family level!)!
Came here after visiting the region Villa Santa Maria and Bueno Notte) for lunch. Arrived at 1:30 and did not finish lunch until 5! It was a phenomenal meal and a wonderful experience, true Italian experience. We started with cold antipasto appetizers then had warm antipasto appetizers. From there we had 3 different types of pasta, a veal and lamb bolognese, a duck pappardelle and a hazelnut ravioli. They were each amazing dishes, simple yet bursting with flavor. Been in the Pescara region for a few days and this is BY far the best restaurant we have been to yet! Love love love.
