We arrived early and at a quiet time of year. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious! The owner/host provided excellent suggestions for food and wine. Beautiful location next to main piazza. If we had more time in town we would return often!

We came to Mamma Pappa on a cold and windy Saturday in February so windy that there were severe weather warnings and this was one of the very few restaurants in the town that had opened that day. We would honestly have been relieved to have found anywhere but we lucked out with this place, the food was truly of a very high quality and everything we ordered was delicious and prepared and presented with great care, and the restaurant felt like a warm and calm oasis in contrast to the gale raging outside. I personally thought it was decent value for money for the quality of the food you're served.

On the whole the food was tasty, however, the potions are small and the prices are high. We didn’t consider this restaurant good value for money. We thought 100 euros for lunch for two was excessive, especially 28 euros for two small portions of risotto with zucchini.
