Caruso's Rosewood Miramar Beach

The dinner was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! The atmosphere, food, and service were all fantastic. We will definitely be returning!

The service at this restaurant is flawless, the food is excellent, and the setting right on the coast is stunning. The prices may be high, but it is a perfect place for a special occasion.

Our dining experience at this restaurant was enjoyable. The tomato and mozzarella salad, halibut, and filet were all delicious. The cheesecake was also excellent. The service was fantastic and the overall quality of the food was very good. Our only critique is that we found the prices on the kid's menu to be quite high at $25 per entree, without a drink or dessert included.

We waited three long months for Caruso's to reopen. It was well worth the wait. I didn't think they could improve, because it was already the best restaurant in Santa Barbara, but our meal Saturday night was the best we've ever had there. From the moment we sat down everything was fabulous. The ambiance (what restaurant can beat being right on the beach? . The service was impeccable. And the food was incredible. But the dessert, which is usually the only negative I've ever given the restaurant was the best course of the meal. When you go, do yourself a favor, and order the shortbread strawberry tart. Indescribably delicious. The strawberries were celestial.

Great service, great food, fantastic location right on the coast. The price is not for the shameful but a large venue.
