Really unpleasant males at the reception. The service improved when the two girls took over. The men were rude and really unkind. Poor service. Full of children DJs shouting and using the spa as a water park. Tiny changing room, where you're hot and you crush your feet with the others. We won't be back Service: 1

Hotel equipped with every comfort with a surprising Wellness room for a perfectly renovated period building BUT, IT IS UNBELIEVABLE THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE NEW GENERATION FIXTURES that prevent external noises in the room. In a 4 hotel I think it is impossible not to sleep due to the noise of a disco pub opposite the hotel. So the kitchen and everything else is fine but sleeping is FUNDAMENTAL Rooms: Period furnished perfectly but with thin glass in front of a VERY LOUD disco pub Safety: Great Food drinks: Excellent restaurant

Arriving at this hotel for a wellness weekend we were extremely impressed by the kindness of the reception staff. When you enter the lobby there is a smell of chlorine coming from the spa located on the same floor, but it's not that intrusive! We arrived well before the scheduled check in time, and with extreme kindness the girl let us into the room even before the time! We were able to choose between 2 rooms (standard), yes perhaps the style is a little outdated, but still well maintained and clean! The only flaw I can find is the fact that there was no fan in the bathroom. The spa is divided into 2 levels, one aquatic and one dry. On the ground floor there are swimming pools, Turkish bath, emotional shower and Knipp path and a small low-alcohol sauna. The whole center is well kept and the spa girls are very kind! On the 2nd floor you will find ocean escape with the salt room, a sauna with a very high-alcohol view, a relaxation area and a herbal tea area. There is a bathroom that does not have a key and in my opinion this is the only flaw for this floor. Breakfast was the thing that particularly struck me, it is not a buffet but you can choose from the menu which contains both included and extra foods. Everything is brought to the moment and with a lot of care! A special thank you to Ivan, I am vegan and I have never had problems finding products related to my lifestyle! Rusks, biscuits, even croissants and jam-filled pastries! Soy milk, oats, almond, rice! Thank you so much for not making me feel judged! It's not always easy! A round of applause to all the staff, starting from the maids on the floors who do a really clean and precise job, to the receptionists always ready to help you, to the very kind spa girls, to the waiters in the restaurant who are quick and attentive and to the chefs who prepare food with a lot of dedication. What can I say, we definitely recommend it!!!

A fantastic experience, friendly and professional staff, the fantastic Spa, exceptional staff, the massage girls are unique but a round of applause to Rossella, the girl who controls the spa, unique in her friendliness and kindness, clean rooms, beautiful restaurant with views, two days spent with lots of tranquility and relaxation, I really recommend it Rooms: 5
