Dinner in the center of Montecatini. hand staff and good food.

We accompanied our students on a journey of education and we stopped one evening at the central bar for a after dinner. very friendly welcome, excellent pastry and varied the choice of drinks. the owner, if I do not remember badly carlo, is an extremely graced and refined person; all the staff available to welcome the requests of over 60 boys. thanks for the hospitality.

Great place to be able to do from a business lunch to aperitif. often even evenings with live music. interesting place and one of the few aggregation to montecatini

The 3 stars I gave do not accurately describe Centrale at all it was a perfect blend of 1 and 5 ! The food was the 5 absolutely delicious. I had the seafood risotto and my husband had the spaghetti di mare... both were exceptional and reasonably priced. But the service was TERRIBLE. Our waiter was hostile and ignored our table for most of the night. After requesting the bill (twice! without receiving it, I finally went in to ask and discovered he had left for the night! The host was very apologetic, so I hope this was just a case of one individual having a bad night. But, I have to say, we have had incredible food AND wonderful, friendly interactions with our waiters and waitresses everywhere else in town, so maybe you 'll want to try another restaurant instead.
