Burger King - Montebello

Burger King Montebello Mall PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Before this Location Permanently Closed, Corporate took out the Shake Machine for some reason.Parking: Free Mall Parking.

Had the ghost pepper burger and it was so-so at best. The prices seem to be higher here than at other burger King places.

I just want to thank Señora Lucia. Her customer service is great. The day I went I had ordered from their promo: 2 for $6. I ordered 2 original chicken sandwich. She had already punched the order in and I had paid when she was told there was no more. It was so busy that it slipped her mind. She was more than glad to try to solve the problem. And I appreciate her for that. Know that during the lunch time this place gets busy. It just requires some patience with the staff and waiting for your order.

Good costumer service and food is fresh all the time.

I was craving the delicious impossible burger today. 2 days before the Super Bowl. Saw the advertisements on local tv for the 2 for $6 mix and match.Well, this is one of the MANY locations that don’t have the locally advertised specials.So I ordered a fish sandwich. It came out BLACK AND CRUNCHY!!! Gross!!!Also the chicken sandwich I ordered was very dry and crunchy. I am very dissatisfied!!! What a waste of time and money. BTW, I was their only customer in this busy mall.After seeing the other reviews of this location. I say just shut it down if you can’t manage it!!!! But this is very common experience from other BK’s in the LA area!
