Dorada Lago - MONTE ISOLA

We choose this spot as it was busy we took that as an indication that the food was good. Sadly that was a huge mistake . With only two waiting staff on duty for a restaurant with twenty tables it was going to be chaotic. We ordered a sharing board for starter it was nice (nothing special but adequate . I orederd the prawns in tagliatelle when it arrived it was lukewarm but the prawns were rubbery inedible . One of our party had the fish of the day it too was overcooked very dry . They breaded fish was also dry tasteless . The pizza for the fourth person at our table arrived 15 minutes after we had finished eating (that was the best part of the meal was an ok pizza . With such wonderful restaurants on the island with beautifully cooked dishes how can this place get it so wrong. It is best avoided unless you want to wait be disappointed

Nice location but Under staffed, food is overpriced and overcooked. Visited restaurant as family of 4, started with a local fish antipasti, fair but way over priced. 3 of us got our mains all burned and poorly garnished, finished our main before last dish for my son was served. Burned pizza on one side and raw in the middle. Sorry but this was not a good enough.

So we decided to go in this restaurant, because we got told is good. But to be honest i wish some how we didn't. The welcoming no comment just like sit down where you want. During the order we ask for some allergies information and the lady she basically jump un me verbally like there food doesn't contain them. Once we order she just almost throw the dishes on the table. Well so my conclusion and experience in negative. By the way the food wasn't good at all. Thank
