Antica Posada - MONTE ARGENTARIO

After two weeks eating in the toscana, this is a restaurant that holds in our opinion as the worst on long standing. the environment is beautiful, but there was a smell of water. that had been dressed by the candles to shy mozzia. I can't say if this was a one-off, but there was something we eat. the service was good at the beginning when the restaurant was not busy. some workers wore face masks and others did not. the white wine was nice. Eat came together, it was hot and there was nothing really to complain. However, given the high prices, we have expected more. the bark dish was really good and the portion size was generous, but the grilled spaghetti was not as expected and the fish salad star was quite hard, boring and oversalted. I would not say anything to justify the very high prices that were similar to the elle restaurant in a 5* hotel resort on the street, but we found the food and service far better.

I don't understand the reviews of this app. it's super boring. like, I'm from miami and I lived in italia for a hot minute. if my assessment means everything, it should mean what I think that my fellow human beings like, while. always including Italian authenticity. that is it! eating is amazing. for starters {antipasto}: tartar di gamberi (shrimptar) for the first curs (primi piati): cacio e peppe con gamberi e limette (white sauce with garnel and limette) second curs: guazzetto di pesce del giorno (if I could translate this, I would be 100% but the best description I can make it! it is absolutely sweet, but amazing. if they are like me and not really enjoy dessert, they always go with any option that says “ricotta” it is 10/10 a run home. I don't know what blind foolish and deaf idiot came before me, but I have to say if this is something like college when people leave a bad review so that it doesn't fill. while I will be 100% honest, this place is amazing. so much that I come back to lunch tomorrow!

We stopped by chance last night at dinner. suggestive location, sweet and relaxed atmosphere. very exceptional staff for the welcome, kindness and attention shown throughout the dinner. excellent dishes for presentation, taste and quantity. we chose the shrimp tartare (recommended only to those who appreciate the goto and the texture of the raw shrimp,) the mussels, pecorino and pachino and the fried fish. top. only neo: wine service. having asked for a glass of vermentino, I expected it to pour me to the table showing me the bottle, instead the glass has arrived already filled without knowing what wine was.....ecco, this is something to improve, since the glass has cost 8€. for the rest everything fantastic, also in the price that definitely worth the quality and quantity of the courses.

Tried raw fish, frying and meat. we can say without doubt 5 stars with praise. friendly staff and clean environment.
