T.s. Ma Chinese Cuisine - Montclair

My order arrived promptly. The fried pork was excellent, as were the bone-in ribs and the sommee. This will be my go-to place for Chinese food the next time I'm in the city.

Very disappointing! It may have just been a bad night for them, but the General Tso’s chicken was incredibly dry, seemed old, and had barely any sauce. The steamed vegetables were overcooked, lacking both texture and flavor. I really dislike wasting food, and this meal wasn’t cheap, but we couldn’t even eat it. They might do better at other times, and I hope they do, but we won’t be ordering again. I’m sorry.

Ts Ma was once one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Montclair, but over the past two years, the quality of the food seems to have declined. The crabs are over-fried and difficult to eat, almost to the point of being burnt. The shrimp foo young was bland, and the sesame chicken had far too much breading.

Okay. I gave them 3 chances and they are out! Eating is just sucking. have they ever enjoyed good Chinese food? then they know better. they go somewhere else if that's what they're looking for.

That’s my favorite Chinese restaurante for sure. I always order the general chicken Tso lunch special and is a boost of flavor!
