I just started ordering from this place a couple of weeks ago. My favorite is the apple walnut salad and try have been on the ball every time with my orders. Anyway, ordered last night through Door dash and spent close to 80 dollars to end up getting two soggy salads that were not in line with what they should have been according to the menu. The PERFECT option for catering. We hosted an event for 60 people (adults and kids) and wanted to serve fresh salads and wraps/sandwiches for lunch. We stumbled upon The Salad House and the menu looked like exactly what we had in mind. Jared, the owner, was so helpful and accommodating. Went there today, parking is a little crazy on Saturday.... Had the chicken Ceasars salad today, great portion but 2 dressing cups are needed for the salads in my opinion. It seems that after months and months of responding to the overwhelming negative reviews that whoever the owner or manager is hasn't done a darn thing to rectify the situation. The salad here could have been made better had my pet dog picked out the ingredients at random. And at least he is more friendly and will greet you unlike the staff (which I had to yell to get their attention). The apple waldy salad had maybe 4 small pieces of dried apple and was filled up with
