Chili's Grill - Montclair

Such a great cooked Bacon Rancher Burger*. I fully enjoyed it!!!

Got home after work at 10:15, was trying to order food from them. The website closed around 10:20-25, and I called the restaurant to place an order. While we waiting for our call to be transferred for about 4-5min (no one picking up), our call got disconnected right at 10:30. When we tried again at 10:31, front desk transferred us to the takeout department. Whoever answered told me they already closed after I shared our situation/trying to get an order in for 10 mins. We asked for a manager and if there was anything that could be done. Her response was sorry, I already closed everything up for tonight. Everyone 's life is not so easy and we did not miss the time to place an order. You can clock out on the dot but don 't ignore a request of help for the manager.

I honestly wish I could leave 0 stars. This was the most disgusting experience. We ordered an appetizer and our wings were RAW! We expressed our concerns to the waiter and she called the manager and all we got was “I’m sorry” nothing else. We immediately left. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location. I’ll add a photo for reference. Go somewhere else!

They messed up my order and the short guy with bleach blond hair doing take out got an attitude and was extremely rude to me and acted like it was my fault they messed up my order. It doesn’t make a lot of sense for the people spending money there to get yelled at by incompetent employees for the employees own mistakes. Ridiculous.

On Friday evening for dinner with a total of 5 people. I was pleasantly surprised with all the experience. There were only 15 minutes. While the whole restaurant was a bit full, our waiter was friendly and attentive and kept our drinks full when we wanted them. The food prices were also pretty good! My friend and I have their $25 for 2 people food deal, and some of my friends got their $10.99 for 3 deal. The proportions were on the larger side and the entire table was about 80 percent in their meals. The food tastes great! Free refills were also included on our non-alcoholic beverages. Finally, the speed with which we got our food was impressive, especially when it was on a Friday night. I would say we have our food in about 12 minutes, what I would say is very reasonable. Overall, I would like to come back! Five stars!
