First time we had cozy pizza and we ate there. A young, dynamic and very pleasant team. Very good pizza and fresh ingredients! In the room where we were eating we could see them working for pizzas and there....I can say as a hygiene professional, that hygiene is to be revisited entirely. I even saw a person licking his finger and touching the ingredients with his hands to make a pizza. No step forward... no respect for hygiene rules. No hand disinfection...
