Besides this, we had Maccheroni with mushrooms, which were delicious, but we had to ask to have it dairy-free. We also had a bruschetta, which was very nice. In Tuscany it is not easy to find a place that offers this many vegan/vegetarian that can be made vegan options, so I would recommend itif you 're going in the summer, make sure to reserve a table.
