We received a call around 13.10 to close the kitchen around 13.30, although our reservation for 13.30. We came and ordered drinks that never arrived, we were served and had to remind them that we ordered drinks of wine came, but never the beer. Had the feeling of our late booking (13.30 !! she prevented her from going home. BUT I must say the chicken was delicious!

Rather bistro than a restaurant quality. Pasta with mascarpone completely with no taste, pasta with ragu was OK but still seemed like quickly mixed pasta with souce. We recommend Ciabatta Montalcinese (kind of pizza) it was very good!

Racist waiter. We wanted to have nice pici for dinner. My daughter who is half Asian asked a waiter if a table is available for 6 people, he told her there is no table available both inside and outside. As there was 1 table outside, she suggested that we take that table, he refused to seat us saying “this table is too small for 6 people”. Immediately after that, he gave the exact table to a party of 6 who are all Caucasian. Then I, Asian, went inside to ask a lady the same question, she said “we have tables available inside with a/c. If you want to sit outside, I just need a few minutes to clean that table”, and gave us a table. The food was not good either. Although they say their pici is homemade, it wasn’t cooked nicely and the sauce was dry. We have been coming to Tuscany for 20+ years and have had pici so many times. We know what fresh home made pici tastes like. Furthermore, they gave us both of our secondi pork and chicken) BEFORE they served our pici which never happens at other restaurants. When I said “this is our second dish”, the waiter seemed to be surprised that we cared. ウェイターから不愉快なアジア人差別を受けた。目の前のテーブルは我が家6人には小さいからダメ、室内のテーブルは満席と言われ、その舌の根も乾かぬうちに後から来た白人6人グループにそのテーブルを与えた。別のウェイトレスに聞くと、室内にテーブル有るし、外のテーブルが良ければ片付けるから3分下さい、と言われてテーブルをセットしてくれた。 ワインショップ併設なのでワインの品揃えは良いが、食べ物は美味しくない。ピチが食べたかったのでホームメイドのピチだということを確認した上で注文したが、ピチもソースもドライで 出来合いのソース？）美味しくなかった。20年以上前から何度もトスカーナに来て手打ちにピチをあちこちの店で食べており、前日もかなり美味しいピチを食べたので、がっかり。ワインだけ楽しみたい人向け。

It goes without saying that the variety of wines is impressive. The best option is to do a tasting menu of wine and meat pairings. This was really good. The pasta with wild boar ragu and the wild boar stew were good but didn’t compare to others we had tried.
