Tim Hortons - Montague

The Coffee Mocha didn't taste quite right, it seemed like a combination of water, cocoa powder, and coffee. This was my second time ordering this drink, and the first time was perfect. The bagels were cold and hard, even though I asked for them to be extra hot.

The staff at this restaurant was lovely, very kind and helpful. The tea was excellent, though it was disappointing that honey was not available. Thank you!

The breakfast wraps were decent, but the coffee tasted diluted, overcooked, and had a lot of grounds in it. Not great.

My order was not complete and the buger looked stale ..it seems they rushed to pack my oder..I didnt even get a full refund!!

This is a normal, everyday tim hortons, except when it came to the behavior of the staff in the evening, we were there for dinner. someone had just washed the area behind the scenes, before the food preparation station and through the drive thru...windows and two young workers were sliding around on the wet stage, laughing and doing the whole scene while two others tried to serve customers on the slippery floor. it is all fun until someone falls and breaks something was our thought. but the worst part was when the young guy turned around and wiped his hand at the foot of his shoe, rose up and went on to make fresh coffee without washing before! I saw him take a coffee filter in his dirty hand and then opened a coffee pack with the same hand. Maybe I should have said it, but I thought if they could get away with these anti-cores, there must be no one responsible for it.
