Contribuiți la feedbackWe often visit Montague and enjoy supporting locally owned restaurants for dining and entertainment. However, we will not be returning to this particular establishment. The language used by some local customers was excessively loud and profane, with a group of drunken individuals repeatedly using offensive language, particularly discussing local sports. The staff at the bar did not address this behavior. In terms of the food, we rated it a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 1.
This restaurant is great for a casual dinner with friends or a date night. The service was efficient and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.
We stopped because of a review. Glad we did! Hillbilly nachos were amazing and the olive burger was so good my husband ordered a second one! This will be an annual stop for us on our way up north. So good! Price per person: $10–20

I come here once a year when we visit Muskegon. We stop after golfing. Anyhow, this place always has great service, and is a very welcoming atmosphere. It would appear everyone knows everyone that walks in. This is a clean, well lit place with a pool table, keno (of course), and a juke box. There are a few booths and several tables to sit at, and a long bar. The food is what sets this apart from other bars. It does appear to be a dive bar, and maybe that's kinda true, but you don't get the best nachos ever at any dive bar. The cowboy nachos, and especially the Irish Nachos have to be tried for sure. They also have an excellent olive burger. The portions are large, so bring a friend. Parking is on the street, but there is plenty of it. There is also a small lot across from the pub. It is a little ways off of highway 31, but if you're looking for a quick bite and a beer, I can't recommend this place enough.
