Contribuiți la feedbackSamurai sushi in Tremblant village is a gem! We stumbled across it and so glad we did. It's a small spot at top of village across from The Shack. Check out some of their non-traditional Maki options-we had 4 of them and ALL first class. Great food, service and overall experience-loved it!!
A welcoming place, clean, nice in the service and we ate well. We were there for the blues festival, achalanded but not the most popular however nothing to say for the quality a great salmon tartare and choice of chef and others...Our little disappointment is at the level of the quantity-portion/price we left with the impression that we didn't have for our money (quantity).
Right on the plaza, where the action is in Mont Tremblant Village. This Japanese-style resto has both traditional sushi and inventive ones. Lovely presentation. Can get expensive, as portions seem smaller than comparable places elsewhere.
Interesting menu with a variety of small dishes, ramen noodles, mains and sushi/rolls. Food is generally good but service was poor at best. The waiter made errors on what was ordered and would take one entre order and leave the other three people hanging. Coffee (yes I know it is Japanese but they highlight it) was horrible, it was like the grounds has been reused two or three times.
We chose this restaurant for a take-away dinner. We have been very disappointed by the quantities, especially those of tuna salad, very expensive for what it is: $24.00 for salad shoots (some of which have not been old), and 3 tuna pieces! shaking is a station or restaurants are expensive, but you need to know how to be reasonable or to have dishes at the height of the prices displayed!
