Had a few bad experiences back to back which will make me avoid this store and choose another pokestation location. First time : went around 7 8pm. Told us the fryer was off due to cleaning. Itll take around 15min for the order. No problem, we will wait, do groceries next door. Got a complimentary appetizers and a 15% discount on the next order. Thank you, much appreciated. (Fryer smell strong but probably cause they just cleaned it) Second time : ordered online. 4 bowls. A few customized , and a few from the menu (not customized). Ordered 2 apperizers since we get 1 free with the purchase of 2 bowl. We had to add them to the order since there was no option about it. We got to the store. Mention the employee about the free appetizers that we paid because no option were provided online. He only said how we should order them online next time by adding them in the comments which one we would like but never paid back the free one we already paid. And about the bowl, the customized ingredients some of us added were added in all the bowl for no reason? Cook didnt bother to do it as we ordered. Third&fourth time : Went on a friday night. Again very strong fryer smell. The employee told us he had a very busy night and he doesnt have a lot of ingredient left. Ok no problem, it can happen. Not his fault. If we come back tomorrow, will you have received ingredients so we can have our pokebowls. He said yeah we will. So we come back the day after during lunch. Ask the employees about the discount i add from the first time. It wasnt there anymore. (Post it on the back of a fridge, probably not the best method). Again we are being told the same story : my coworker had a busy night , we have nothing left. . Asked him if he had the ingredients to make the vege option. And he answered without any care at all. A brilliant customer service remark : i guess... . So we left and will never set foot in this store again.

Worst Poke Bowl I've Eaten The employee had completely soiled my bowl with his gloves I made requests when placing my order which were not respected No sauce, really very ordinary I won't go back!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
