Ma Cabane en Gaspesie - Mont-Joli

I chose the daily special, spaghetti bolognese, which was simple and lacking parmesan cheese. The sandwiches and daily soup were also just okay.

During our journey from Rimouski to Carleton, my mother, sister, and I decided to stop for breakfast at a charming restaurant. We found that it was definitely worth skipping the fast food options at Normandin or Tim Horton's next door. The interior decor was lovely, and the service was incredibly friendly. The menu showcased many locally sourced ingredients, and we were especially impressed by the delicious homemade breads and fruit butters. Before leaving, we even purchased a few gift items to bring back with us.

Nice spot Mont-Joli for local products! The homemade sandwichs are really tasty. Some great gaspesians products are sold there. Definitly a must in town!

It’s good here! Ma Cabane en Gaspe’sie! The salads were very good but the Smoked Salmon Croissant was delightful. In this case smoked salmon is moist full of flavour . Sooo good. Great roadside stop. It’s all about maple syrup, sugar, cheeses and Quebec baking. Easy access with parking. By Wendy Nuttall

This is a great bakery located at the entrance of Mont Joli. Good sélection of bread, sandwiches and homemade soups. Plates are huge and better prices then fast food places around town.
