Subway - Mont Belvieu

I ordered a cold cut sandwich, and I noticed that the price advertised was lower than the amount I was charged. The menu board displayed a price of $6.79, but I was billed $6.99. It's only a twenty-cent difference, but it raises concerns about the honesty of this particular Subway location, especially since they don't seem to honor the advertised prices clearly visible on their menu and storefront.

The service at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The staff seemed very inattentive—there were no chips, bread, or cheese served. I decided to give it another chance the next day, but the women in the back were too busy gossiping and laughing. Meanwhile, the gentleman trying to manage the service was left struggling; he didn't receive any bread or anything else for that matter. I really felt for him.

I visited this Subway and found a rubber band in my sandwich. I reported it to the management, and they assured me they would address the issue. I waited, but nothing was done. Overall, it was a good experience until that incident occurred.

Clean subway with a very large open dining area. Staff was friendly, although they were not very quick at making sandwiches.

Good sandwiches and chips the coke was great too and friendly workers will recommend!
