This such a lovely little nook! The owner is delightful, whistling along as he works and putting so much care into the fresh, FRESH food. Oh goodness, the food! The pizza base is thin and crunchy, like it should be! The sauce is unique and brings out the flavours of the rest of the pizza. I had a half and half 4 cheese and prosciutto. The sun-dried tomatoes on the 4 cheeses really stand out on top of the dreamy combo of deli cheese divinity. I'm told the blue cheese is Danish. The prosciutto pizza half was slightly not as good as the heating of the prosciutto dampened the flavour, but I think would be great with mushrooms and the prosciutto added after baking. The pizza was hidden under a bed of rocket leaves but it still made for stunning photo. Stop by for a passionate old school pizza experience!
