Fantasy Food - MONSERRATO

We ate pizza here almost every day. It is cheap and really delicious. Staff is very kind and helpful but they can't speak english, so for understanding ingredients you have to use a dictionary.

I've always had a good experience, but lately they've been late with deliveries. Order of pizzas 9.45pm arrive home at 10.17pm. I had been calling the place for more than 10 minutes and the phone was already off the hook!

I've had pizzas at this place a few times, edible, sometimes a little salty. The last time, and I underline LAST, we ordered some pizzas to take home to eat with some friends. We probably caught the wrong moment, because we were served some pizzas that had been abandoned on the counter for who knows how long. One was even already wrapped and was unwrapped and thrown into the oven for a few moments. In the others already ready, the additions were made and put back in the oven, while the others, unwrapped and heated, cooled while waiting. The pizzas dried out and were borderline edible. I didn't make a fuss in the place, even though this happened under my incredulous eyes, with nonchalance on the part of the man in charge. I was shocked. It goes without saying that I will never set foot in this place again, where it seems that even saying hello when you leave is optional.

Ordered pizza without mozzarella and... obviously... delivered with mozzarella, I called to inform them and they replied that I had ordered it WITH mozzarella... impossible since I repeated myself twice and I ALWAYS order without mozzarella... given intolerance my girlfriend 's food... the fact that they have no doubts about the possible mistakes they can make is not a good sign in my opinion. BE CAREFUL if you order by phone...food intolerances are a SERIOUS THING...maybe better to send an email ANSWER: I called to ask to replace it but as explained above you replied that the mistake was mine, however let 's hope that next time we can really manage the matter with more harmony .
