Church's Texas Chicken - Monrovia

Try to call for the past Hr no one answered at Monrovia Branch they a said there were out of non spicy chicken

I was in the area for work and went to grab some food. I asked the lady 3 times for the iced biscuits through the driver through the speaker. I get to the window and ask again if this is the iced biscuits because the last time I got them, they came in a box, not a bag . The young lady assured me it was the right thing. Well needless to say it was not the correct order and the line was wrapped around the building so I had to go inside and wait in line to have my order corrected I will not be going back to this location.

I can't say enough about their chicken sandwich, try it.

The employee completely ignored me and started taking another customer’s order. When I spoke up about it, she continued ignoring, smiled and looked down. Lack of professionalism needs review. March 8, Friday around 4:30 pm.

Whomever was working in the front register on March 8th Friday at 4:30pm. Don’t go there when she is working. Not only I was ignored as a customer, she laughed and looked on the floor when I acknowledged her behavior with another customer. Her lack of professionalism needs to be reviewed by supervisors.
