7-eleven - Monrovia

In a small town so you won't stand in a 2mile long line, no gas pumps but there is one literallyright next to the 7-11. The owner and employees are personable. If they have something you want and don't see and you are a regular customer, she (the owner) will order the item (s) for you if she is able to. Always well stocked and clean, and fresh hot coffee! no bathrooms, but our kind pharmacy that is 4 doors down will always let you run in if your in a bind! Always open !

Unlike other 7-Eleven stores, this one doesn't try to overcharge you.

I cannot recommend this location. It's worth driving an extra five minutes to the Mount Airy location instead. Additionally, if you've been ordering the cheeseburger hotdog, be aware that the cashier has been mistakenly charging customers for the $2.49 cheeseburger instead, which means you've been paying an extra 50 cents. Their excuse? “We don’t have a barcode.”

Family 7-11...does that sound strange? Haha! It's a fantastic place. The cashier always sets aside $1 coins for my son. He absolutely loves it!

Before I could leave, a woman working there stopped me and, in an aggressive and confrontational tone, asked if she could help me find something. I explained that I was leaving because the drink was unavailable. She rolled her eyes and dismissively claimed that wasn't true. I found that completely unacceptable—why would I lie about such a thing? This encounter left a bad impression, and I won't be returning to this store. I’d rather drive farther to support another location. Good luck paying your rent; poor customer service like this can really hurt a business.
