Vocelli Pizza - Monroeville

The delivery was 3 hours too late, terrible service, lady on the phone said she didn't know whether it was making the pizza or in the delivery. Very angry

Holy cow, what a circus of this store is to be appropriate to Google. I called an order. I live 7 minutes from the store. The lady, the answers say they deliver me. I asked her twice. She said they'd deliver me. They call me back 5 minutes later and left a speech message and tell me that they don't deliver to me and that I either come to get it or buy credit. You had already charged my card. Since they left me a voice message, I didn't receive the call first. I called MULTIPLE times back to either get my food or my money back. They ignored my calls. When I finally got the assistant manager on the phone, he said that my calls ?harassment.? I hope I get my money back. I don't recommend this place.

Much customer service. We ordered a few paprika pizzas on a non-occupied weekday. The pizzas never came and we live less than 10 minutes drive from the store. About 2 hours later, when their business closes, we found that our credit card purchase was refunded. You canceled our order without telling us. Very rude, we had to eat in the middle of the night. Do not order from this place for important events or any occasions at all. It is understandable to be understaffed or too busy, but at least have real business label to answer back and be honest, and do not cancel orders without announcements.

The food is good. The problem is ordered. If you're calling, you'll get dressed and stay up for a very long time. Finally, it is better to hang up and call another pizza place. I don't know how customers can order food here. I guess you need to go physically to the store and order food to get it.

I order from here regularly? after tonight I will not. Ordered around 8:20 order went through its 11PM no pizza. No call. No email? except to confirm it?s being prepared. Their phones seem to be shut off so I guess they just decided to take my money. SMH. If they weren?t able to make it for whatever reason the minimum they could do is call and let me know. I should have ordered from Fox?s.
