Vocelli Pizza - Monroeville

Terrible experience. I ordered from here tonight after making my order wrong, and I tried to order one of their 'speciality' pizzas, a colossal Mac n cheese pizza. When I got it, it was understated, chew and almost as thin as the cardboard box was made. Not only that, but it hardly had a cheese on it and the way it was cut, remembered more of the pattern on a glass window than a pizza. I called the place to let her know what happened, and I spoke to the same person I placed the order. She told me nothing was wrong with it and that she made the pizza personally. When I tried to bother me, she was hanging on me. I called her back and she gave the guy the phone that delivered the pizza, who said his name was Clay. He gave the excuse that the food industry is incredibly understaffed and said that the few employees there are incredibly qualified. His exact words were "on one hand I want to make you happy because you the customer, but on the otjer hand all pizzas are given a two-stage quality check before sending out. Finally, I made him agree at least one *partial* refund that claimed it was a sign of good faith, but honestly I think it was just to get me from the phones. I've eaten some slices of pizza anyway because I didn't get my money back, and my jaw is actually physically pissed how hard it was to chew.

You can't get the deals unless you order on line, then you have to give home address, email etc for a pickup... Just a scam so they can flood you with junk....

The boneless wings definitely don?t look like the picture and are not worth $10. They?re just frozen popcorn chicken

I just want to commend the young lady who helped us jump start our car. After asking a few people if they had any jumper cables we saw a pizza delivery driver out front and ask them if they had jumper cables they said no but they thought the girl inside did. And she did,. she was walking out to us as we were walking up to the door. She went above and beyond to help us. Not only did she have jumper cables, she hooked them up got our car started put everything back together and we were on our way. She told us we should never be without an emergency box in a car especially women, she is right so tomorrow we will be buying jumper cables along with the emergency box to keep in the car. She wouldn't take any money for this. Employees are hard to come by these days but good employees and employees with a heart and willing to help perfect strangers not even buying what they're selling are very hard to come by. We will be coming by again to have some of their Pizza and maybe treat her to some too. I encourage anyone who reads this to order their Pizza or whatever they have there because if you have an employee that goes above and beyond for somebody that isn't even buying their Pizza that speaks volumes. I hope this place reads this review and gives this girl raise because she definitely deserves it.

Ordered delivery online. It took one hour, but it was Absolutely delicious! We ordered their Garlic Vocelli rolls, and three build-your-own pizzas. Very happy with service and taste. Would definitely recommend and will order from them again!
