Eat'n Park - Monroeville

It was a very good meal I had, my wife and I hadn't met since Kovi/c. The whole experience was surprisingly very good. Our service was excellent and the food was great. I'll do this again soon. We always had a good experience with the restaurants of Eat'n Park throughout the city.

We stopped by for a late-night snack since this place was conveniently located next to our hotel. It was our first experience at a food park, so we weren't quite sure what to anticipate. Overall, both the food and service were fantastic, and the menu prices were quite reasonable. We ordered the fried steak, potato soup, and strawberry cake, and everything was delicious. The fried steak was tender and flavorful, while the soup was hearty with just the right amount of salt. Our server was exceptionally friendly and made sure to check on us throughout our meal. The back of her uniform read "Someone smiles today," and she certainly lived up to it!

A friendly American family dinner. I wanted to eat soup and sale bar, but they only offer salad bar after 3:00 on Sunday. I had a cod sandwich with tartaric acid and one side. Fish was quite crispy and filled. But I guess this diner might be a little staff. We sat (2:20) and waited for 15 minutes on a server.

This location falls between a 3 and a 4. Advice when ordering whale of a cod, people. This is what was given to my family for dinner tonight. It looks like the buns were smashed by a pin roller. There?s no way a bread company makes bread like this unless it?s pita or something. They were almost totally flat. When we told the server, she said her manager said that the distributor sent those instead of the normal buns. Could even give us a heads up or a burger bun? Really? How can you bring yourself to serve this pitiful mess. ? The server even said she thought they looked weird when taken out of the window, yet she didn?t point it out or give us the option of a burger bun, which would make total sense. In the third picture, look at what they advertise?not EVEN close. What a joke.

Plastic in my chicken bruschetta!! I was only a few bites in and saw something that shouldn?t be there. I pulled a little and this piece of plastic came out. Appetite ruined : Even the employee at the pick up window wasn?t very nice. She closed window in my face before I could hand her a cash tip. Grabbed the five and closed window just as quickly after getting it. I?m assuming I got treated the way I did at first because they thought I wasn?t tipping but we shouldn?t assume. I just used to serve and know cash is better than cc tip. Yes they were busy but manners count even in drive through to go.
