Waffle House - Monroe

Seems as though NO ONE listens to constructive complaints? First the Egg Beater (milk shake mixer) is NEVER clean. Next, several times had to have lunch with a few Cockroaches walking on counter! Then on April 28 08 had the pleasure of sharing lunch with a Mouse on floor, eating some of the filth thrown their by Cook. Seems as though they-owner- just think because it’s a W H not to worry, well with economy going down they should. Plus help should work and stop all the BS about family??

Our breakfast was great. I also enjoyed watching the manager kenny koch. he's a great cook. I ordered toast, eggs, speck and hate brown. every thing was cooked like I ordered. also eating my family was properly cooked. the staff is very friendly and friendly.

We ordered the whole star breakfast x4. it was all wonderful and server dajah and manager kenny did a good work.

They owe themselves to treat themselves a good breakfast in a fun, friendly and clean place; actually the best and cleanest waffle house in which I have ever been, ate or visited! my parents and I came back through monroe on westbound i20 and landed in this waffle house mistaken because mcdonald’s dine was closed because of Covid-19, so we went next to the business to waffle house! from the time we went into this very clean waffel house to we felt welcomed by all the staff! when we went in all, we said good morning and talked to us! Not only was the restaurant itself clean, but also the toilets! jennifer and michelle were very good to do with it! michelle waited for us and made a great job! jennifer checked us out and was brilliant to talk with almost 5 minutes! thank you. michelle and jennifer for amazing customer service! you two will surely get 5 stars!

My man, father-in-law, and I stayed here for breakfast on a trip. I had some difficult experiences in the past in the waffle house, but this time it was excellent! the waiting staff were very friendly and prompt in their service, eating was so good and fresh (kenny did super,! and the place was pretty clean. next time we're over, I'd stop here definitiw.
