Wonderful hotel with a large idyllic duck pond. The staff is incredibly friendly and has a good knowledge of German and English. Swimming pool and thermal area hard to top. Bathrobes are available in your room upon arrival. The interior of the building is very nice. We got the hotel for the second time through the hunting organizer “Naturhun”. If you want to hold an event or wedding here, think twice. They are incorrect, they don't stick to what they agreed to. They confirmed the prices in an email and they considered them null and void for almost 30,000! they cleaned the room more expensively!! The rooms are run down, worn carpets, upholstery, the bottom of the door jamb in the bathroom has rotted and I could go on and on. They are unreasonably expensive. 66,000 for a 3-bed room for 1 night here. I don't recommend it to anyone! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
