Contribuiți la feedbackAfter a long biking day, we received very friendly welcome for the venue manager, and got to try tasty dishes made from fresh ingredients (pastas, seafood while enjoying superb view on the walls of beautiful Monopoli. All in all, great place to chill on a warm spring day:
Good food nice service perfect location! what you need more we are very pleased and surprised by the owners ! they are fisherman since generations
We were the only table for food at 1pm. It took 1 hour to have 2 spagetti cacio e pepe. Each 12euro portion was the size of a starter for children, 3 small forkfulls, ready in 30 seconds. When we told them we were not happy he told us its good for summer diet and laughed at our faces, not even a sorry or a discount. Moreover he smiled 'see you next time ', in an idiotic tone. The waitress looked shy when delivering the plates as it was obviously a cheap unquestionable move. Definitely do not recommend.
Service was quick and patient , food was equal best after 4 weeks touring, good views over sea. Close to old city and beach. Enthusiastic manager.i
An unassuming restaurant in a lovely setting overlooking the Adriatic in the ancient town of Monopoli in Puglia on the heel of Italy. A family business offering the freshest of seafood, with the most enthusiastic of managers whose enthusiasm is justified by the basic but wonderful fish dishes and local wines. Their salmon tartare is to die for as is their tartare of swordfish and tuna, demonstrating the freshness of their dishes. We will return asap to this town and this great restuarant.
